RE: Minnesota Workers Compensation Assigned Risk Plan
Elimination of the Chemical and Dyestuff Rating Plan
Our Circular Letter No. 96-1251 announced the elimination of
the Chemical and Dyestuff Rating Plan and the establishment of
two replacement classifications.
Listed below are the two replacement codes along with their
Assigned Risk rates effective July 1, 1996.
