RE: Reporting of Deductible Statistical Codes: Policies

The purpose of this circular is to provide instructions for the reporting of deductible premium on policies.

On policies effective 1-1-96 and subsequent, deductible premium should be reported in one of the following two deductible premium codes:

9664 - Deductible Applied to Premium Before Experience Modification

9663 - Deductible Applied to Premium After Experience Modification

All deductible class codes as previously shown on Minnesota exception pages of the NCCI Workers' Compensation Statistical Plan Manual are no longer valid class codes in Minnesota. Please refer to the newly released Minnesota Statistical Plan Manual for all valid Minnesota codes.
