RE: Withdrawal of the Pending Rate Change Endorsement (WC 00 04 04)

The Minnesota Department of Commerce has approved to be effective May 8, 1997, the withdrawal of the Pending Rate Change Endorsement for use in Minnesota. Minnesota Workers' Compensation Insurers Association filed to have this endorsement withdrawn at the direction of the Commerce Department.
