RE: Error in Circular Letter 96-1264

A transposition error was discovered in Circular Letter 96-1264 dated October 28, 1996.

In the third paragraph beginning "The second item in this filing…", the reference to Code 7610 should be 7601. The exhibits that were attached to Circular Letter 96-1264 did not contain the error.
