No, on-line completion of the call forms isn’t necessary. However, every insurance company licensed to write workers’ compensation insurance in the state of Minnesota MUST complete and file the Acknowledgment Form.

While you cannot load in prior years' data, you can download your prior years' data into an Excel spread sheet and use that data to populate the current call templates for upload into the ACCEDE system.

No matter what page of the call in ACCEDE On-Line is currently displayed when I hit the printer icon, the page printed is always Page 1 of the call. Why?

Your cache may be full in your Internet Explorer browser. Go to Tools (menu), Internet Options… (menu), General (tab), Temporary Internet File—Delete Files… (button), Delete all offline content (checkbox), Ok (button), Ok (button). This will clear your cache and allow you to print the requested page.
