Minnesota Experience Rating Plan Manual For Workers' Compensation and Employers Liability Insurance
This manual contains the rules and instructions necessary to calculate and administer the Experience Rating Plan in Minnesota. This rating plan compares the individual experience with the average experience of insureds in the same classifications. The result of this mathematical comparison is then applied to the premium of that employer. A favorable record of experience will reduce premiums and unfavorable experience will increase premiums.
